• If you had a formfeed inside a text document, mp did't correctly handle it, and printed an unwanted blank line.
• Added a way of enabling/disabling the tooltip help in mptool.
• The logic of the NO_DUPLEX setting (the --disable-duplex configure option) was incorrectly reversed.
